The seats and tickets are numbered but no seating reservation is possible. This means that you will be confronted by dozens of teenagers reserving whole rows of seats for their friends who will be queuing for snacks in the foyer (in front of you). the Cinemas are too small and so there are only 1/3 of the seats that get a good view of the screen - everywhere else you will either be on top of the screen or looking at a ridiculous angle at the screen and listening to half of the stereo soundtrack. The sound is not very good quality in several screens and the picture is often out of focus. It is not unusual to find the box office closed and the refreshments counter selling tickets. By the time we got some the first 15 minutes of the Avatar film were over, and then the seats were all taken except ones so close to the screen my neck hurt. In short a pretty badly run cinema with a massive foyer and lobby and tiny screens.
They need to drop the Easy Jet mentality and offer reserved seating and check the sound and picture quality out too.
Much better than before BUT not very accessible for the disabled. The only seating for us is far too close to the screen!
The staff there is very good and the screen rooms are always cleaned after and before every movie. The only thing that I do not like about the cinema is the prices for the food. All that I am now left to say is that I would like you all to come and see what the cinema is like for yourselves.
