Firstly - My friend and I are not the type to make complaints easily and find the whole situation very embarrassing but in this case we felt something had to be said.
We ate in Ten Square Bar and Grill, typical Wednesday lunch time.
We both ordered the Roast Chicken breast at £15. I changed from champ to garlic chips.

The chicken was dry and seemed to be heated from either earlier that day or the day before. My friend's supposed champ was grey and lumpy with not a scallion in site. The carrot was pureed so it was fine and the peas were peas. My garlic chips were just chips.

When the waitress asked if we wanted to change we did, she suggested the bang bang chicken. Again very poor little taste of anything, soggy and barely warm.

We were charged full price.

Will not be back again.

I have eaten here a good few times. The food is tasty and the presentation of food is too a high standard. I ordered chicken Kebab and was impressed with the presentation. The decor is nice and welcoming. The staff are good enough and friendly and replied to any requests. I would at least give this place a go! nice food, good atmosphere. An enjoyable experience.

I will never set foot in this place ever again! The bar staff are the rudest I have ever encountered anywhere in Belfast! It was obvious why the staff have the attitude that they have as the Manager was condescending and patronising and didn't care that we had received poor service. We were made to feel like we were causing the bar man hassle just by ordering some drinks - I think the staff need to remember that serving the customer drinks is actually what they are there being paid to do!
